Tim Walker is an Artist, Producer, and Songwriter from Memphis, TN. He released his first single titled "Can't Keep Chasin'" in January 2023. This song was inspired by society's viewpoint on the chase in a relationship. Walker has connected with music entities such as Sony Music Entertainment, Memphis Music Initiative, Memphis Orff Music Chapter, Stax Music Academy, and Memphis Slim Collaboratory. Being a part of these organizations has broadened his music, marketing, and professionalism skill sets. Tim is also affiliated with the Consortium MMT where he was chosen to be an emerging star. Mr. Walker is the Orff Music/ Jazz Band Director at John P. Freeman Optional School. He works with the middle school band, elementary students, and specifically jazz band and percussion students. He has a deep passion for music and wants to share his musical abilities with the world soon. While working for the Memphis Shelby County Schools district, Tim has overcome countless obstacles on the way up, and continues to work hard every day to keep his musical journey moving forward.
